We Are Building a Village

Gwen, Property Owner & DeveloperI was dreaming about waking up in a place where the view is breathtaking, the quiet restorative, where the land is inspiring and where I could be close to water.  I had an intention to live in the country by the river. I was thinking about sharing that space with people who have the same respect for the river and their natural surroundings. Our family wanted space but not the work of an acreage. We found what we were looking for at Sarilia.

Building a village takes a lot of hard work so we hired a team of professionals who are exceptionally good at what they do; UMA Engineering, Webb Surveys, Machibroda Engineering and Pinter & Associates. We did our homework. Building at Sarilia started about 5 years ago. Property owners at the estates appreciate the overall vision we have for the development where architecture and landscape complement one another.

We are building a village; a community with 86 acres of land, 150 lots and 20 acres of green space.

We are 75% sold out.

Our family found a place where we want to live. Come, see for yourself; maybe you will want to live here too.

How to get started

When you visit Sarilia, you will see that the homes compliment our natural surroundings. Nature may have created the picturesque valley setting, but keeping it beautiful is built into the architectural design standards.

When you are ready to start building your new home, the Design Review Committee for Sarilia can answer any questions and help you get started. Contact Gwen Lepage for more information.

Finding the perfect design for your new home can be exciting and sometimes a little overwhelming. These are some of our favourite builders who would love to hear from you.
