Sarilia Country Estates has access to many services to ensure a safe and comfortable environment for residents:

Utilities: Natural gas, electricity, telephone, and internet service are available for each lot.
Water: Owners will be required to install cisterns. Treated water is available from local suppliers on a fee for service basis. Water can be delivered from Saskatoon or Langham. Langham has recently invested in a new water treatment plant.
Sewage: Owners will be required to install septic tanks for sewage disposal. Local providers are available on a fee for service basis.
Services: The RM of Laird provides road maintenance, snow removal, and garbage pick-up at your door.
Police Services: Safety and security services are provided by the RCMP.
